Strategy that understands execution.
Shane S. Thaxton is a founder, enterprise AI strategist, InsurTech innovator, and claims and risk professional whose work sits where information, risk, and action meet.
Shane's career has been built in environments where decisions carry weight — property losses, liability investigations, contractor operations, enterprise conferences, and live brand execution. That range is deliberate. Understanding how information moves through an organization requires having stood inside the workflow, not only above it.
With more than ten years of claims and risk experience as a licensed independent insurance adjuster, he has evaluated property and casualty losses, supported forensic property and scene assignments, reviewed estimates and scopes, and documented complex claims where the difference between resolution and dispute is the quality of the record.
Alongside that work, he has led field teams and logistics for national brands, managed tours and activations, supported enterprise conference operations, and built businesses in restoration, construction, and experiential marketing. Exposure to healthcare revenue-cycle operations through Change Healthcare added a view into back-office systems at scale.
Today that experience is directed toward Mystic Intelligence Group, where the goal is to turn operational reality into intelligent infrastructure: systems that organize information, surface what is missing, and help people make better decisions faster.

Born from experience, not politics.
Throughout an investigative career spanning catastrophic casualty losses, high-profile liability matters, violent crime–related inquiries, child fatality claims, community-impact incidents, and catastrophe response operations, Shane has been exposed to the devastating realities families face after tragedy strikes.
One assignment involved investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a young man inside his own apartment community. Another involved a nationally publicized shooting incident where Shane was assigned to investigate exposures affecting a property owner. During that investigation, one discovery stood out: the area most heavily impacted by gunfire was a daycare facility.
That moment reinforced a belief that violence rarely affects only the intended target. Children. Families. Workers. Business owners. Entire communities. These experiences became the catalyst for a larger mission.
Four pillars. One mission.
